Ordering
Please note although we endeavour to keep items in stock at busy times of year this is not always possible. For commissions and large orders please allow 6-8 weeks, if you require items sooner please state deadlines at the time of order and we will advise delivery date .
Payments
For individual customers payment is required before despatch using cash, credit/debit card or cheques. Please put contact details with order and we will contact you for payments a few days before delivery. For Museums, schools and council run organisations, purchase order numbers and contact details are required on order, terms 30 days from invoice. Other outlets Performa payments unless by prior arrangement.
