The intellectual property rights of all of the content that has been made available to you via this Website remains the property of Trinity Court Potteries. All rights are reserved by Trinity Court Potteries. You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, lease, distribute, sell, manipulate, alter the original work or images owned by Trinity court potteries without permission. Terms of Business

Trinity Court Potteries is run exclusively by Jim Newboult and Emma Newboult we aim to be provide a friendly personal service and would welcome direct communication to either 01522778232 or trinitycourt@aol.com. In the event that there is a problem with any purchase please contact us in the first instance.

The pottery is produced as represented replica of a historical artefact in the first intanstance. 

 

Commissions are undertaken, refunds are not given to bespoke pottery and commissions unless there is a fault with the delivery only.

Postage

​

We use a number of courier services and endeavour to package the pottery with conscientious packaging, please re-sue. In the event that you pottery arrives broken it is essential that 1) photographs are forwarded to the email address provided with 48 hours of delivery with an email. A refund or an agreed replacement can be sent.

Postage is based on deliveries within the UK, we are able to post within Europe please enquire to costs.

Website Commerce

We are a small family business and at times may be away from the office we endeavour to answer questions as soon as possible. We aim to refresh the inventory to be an accurate representation of the available stock, any queries please call or email direct. In the event that an item has become out of stock a refund with be issued.
